Procedure followed in decision making process
PROCEDURE FOLLOWED TO TAKE A DECISION
Various committees have been constituted by the Director. They have meetings quite often and discuss the matters pertaining to their area. Director is apprised of the recommendations arrived at these meetings. He takes the decisions considering all facts. His decision is final.LAID DOWN PROCEDURES TO ARRIVE AT A DECISIONAll important matters are decided by the Director in consultation with committees. These committees are formed from time to time with laid down Terms of Reference.ARRANGEMENTS TO COMMUNICATE THE DECISIONS TO PUBLICThrough newspapers, notice-boards and web-site.
